Working Student for Planning & Procurement

About the role

As a Working Student in Purchasing, you will help maintain SAP master data to support planning and procurement decisions. You will ensure data accuracy, build reporting tools, and collaborate with internal teams to improve data governance and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain SAP master data including material master, source lists, and info records.
• Identify and resolve inconsistent data entries in coordination with buyers and planning teams.
• Support the standardization of master data fields and naming conventions.
• Build and maintain data governance routines to ensure long-term data consistency.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and SAP queries to track data quality.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation or fixes to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to trace and resolve data issues.
