About the role

ETT Verpackungstechnik GmbH is seeking a dedicated professional to join their internal sales team. The role involves supporting sales operations, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating closely with the field sales team and management to deliver automated packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Erstellen und Zeichnen projektbezogener Komponenten in AutoCAD.
• Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung.
• Erstellung von Angebots- und Auftragsunterlagen.
• Perspektivisch eigenständige Betreuung von Kundenprojekten.
• Unterstützung des Außendienstes und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung.
• Ansprechperson für Kundenanfragen zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen.
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen.
• Teilnahme an Messen und Projektaufnahmen sowie technische Kundenberatung.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Technology
• Equivalent technical education
• Professional experience in internal sales or similar positions in mechanical engineering or automation
