About the role

Thermondo is seeking a Senior Manager Technical Operations to drive climate neutrality by establishing technical standards for heat pump projects in multi-family homes. You will oversee the end-to-end process from planning and installation to commissioning, while managing technical quality and partner performance. This role requires a blend of on-site construction management and strategic process development to ensure scalable, high-quality operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and document technical standards for heat pump projects in multi-family buildings.
  • Conduct technical site inspections, quality controls, and manage the commissioning process.
  • Define and implement end-to-end operational processes including KPIs and documentation requirements.
  • Qualify and train installation partners on company standards and conduct performance audits.
  • Support technical sales through feasibility studies and cost estimation validation.
  • Analyze project outcomes to drive continuous improvement in standards and product portfolios.
