Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Solutions Engineering team turns complex logistics challenges into high-performing automation solutions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will take ownership of qualified customer opportunities and work closely with Sales to design compelling technical and commercial solutions. You will combine warehouse expertise, data analysis, and software integration knowledge to develop solutions tailored to each customer's operations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions by analyzing customer logistics data, material flows, and operational constraints.
• Translate complex customer requirements into tailored solution concepts and layouts integrating Exotec technology.
• Partner with Sales Executives to develop winning technical and commercial proposals including specifications and pricing.
• Present solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Design interfaces between Exotec software, customer software, and surrounding warehouse systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support integrators and ensure successful project handover.

Qualifications
