Technical Recruiter

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering and operations teams. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing, while building scalable processes and systems to support hiring at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to close
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
• Craft great candidate experiences from first touch to offer
• Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
• Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
• Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
