Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner to reduce administrative burdens for clinicians and improve patient care. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own new features end-to-end, from the React interface to the Python backend and data models. You will work in a high-growth environment, designing scalable systems and iterating based on real-world clinical usage.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end features including data models, Python services, and React/TypeScript interfaces.
• Develop high-performance backend services using Python, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Design, version, and document APIs for internal engineering and AI teams.
• Manage message queue systems for real-time data processing.
• Shape cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to turn briefs into shipped workflows.
