Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Heidi is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own new features end-to-end, from the React interface to the Python backend and data models. You will work in a high-growth environment to build AI-powered tools that reduce administrative burdens for clinicians globally. The role requires a hands-on approach to designing, building, and scaling robust, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data models, Python services, and React/TypeScript interfaces.
• Develop high-performance backend services using MongoDB and Redis.
• Design and maintain secure, versioned APIs for internal and AI team use.
• Manage message queue systems for real-time data processing.
• Shape cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to iterate on clinical workflows.

Qualifications
