Responsibilities

• Running experiments across the customer lifecycle to improve engagement and payment processes.
• Working with credit risk and data science teams to apply models to new use cases.
• Testing ideas quickly using manual processes or AI tools before committing engineering resources.
• Gathering customer research to inform product decisions.
• Building tools and automations with AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Managing end-to-end delivery by unblocking developers and coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
