The student will support the HR and Business Development teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, optimizing onboarding processes, and contributing to company culture. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, preparing presentations, and assisting with daily administrative tasks in a growing start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate screening and interviews.
• Develop and improve HR structures, including interview guides and case studies.
• Enhance the onboarding process for new employees.
• Organize team events and initiatives to foster company culture.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic business development concepts.
