About the role

The student will support the HR and Business Development teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and optimizing onboarding processes. Additionally, the role involves fostering company culture through event planning and assisting with strategic business development research and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate screening and interviews.
• Develop and improve HR structures, including interview guides, case studies, and onboarding workflows.
• Plan and organize team events and employee celebrations to strengthen company culture.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic business concepts.
• Provide administrative support for daily operations and organizational tasks.
