About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and security-related public sector clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between military requirements and modern IT solutions, developing resilient strategies and architectures. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to translate complex technical challenges into concrete operational benefits for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on the development and implementation of high-security digitalization projects.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges to develop robust solutions and target architectures.
• Translate military capabilities, operational requirements, and strategic goals into concrete digital solutions.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes.
• Manage projects from strategic conception through technical design to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to align professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with experts in development, architecture, and delivery to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to provide relevant impulses for clients and the service portfolio.
