About the role

The Project Manager/Team Leader will take operative responsibility for a logistics customer project, ensuring stable processes, reliable personnel planning, and the achievement of quality and productivity targets. This role serves as a central interface between employees, customers, and management, focusing on sustainable problem-solving and active team development. The position requires a hands-on leader who is present on the floor to drive performance and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a logistics team at a customer project site.
• Manage personnel, deployment, and capacity planning to ensure reliable project staffing.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and agreed KPIs are met.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement potential, and implement optimizations.
• Monitor key metrics including productivity, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Develop the team professionally and organizationally while onboarding new staff.
• Maintain clear communication between employees, customers, and management.
• Document performance, developments, and operational deviations.

Qualifications
