Bauleiter – TGA / HKLS

About the role

This role involves managing complete construction projects from planning to final acceptance within the HVAC and sanitary engineering sector. You will lead teams of 3-8 technicians and take full responsibility for project quality, timelines, and costs for large-scale projects up to 5 million euros. The position offers a unique 4.5-day work week and a balance between independent project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring all construction site processes in the HVAC and sanitary sector.
• Leading and scheduling internal installation teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost specifications.
• Managing comprehensive construction site documentation and project-related correspondence.
• Reviewing, coordinating, and preparing claims and additional service requests.
• Creating measurements and supporting the billing process.
• Collaborating closely with project management, procurement, and accounting departments.
