Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced backend-leaning full-stack engineer to join the CreativeVoices team. You will be responsible for building and scaling core voice systems, including Text-to-Speech, voice cloning, and speech-to-text products. This role involves owning backend architecture and production systems while collaborating with research engineering and security teams to turn frontier research into products used by millions.

Responsibilities

• Modernising voice architecture, including data models, storage and APIs.
• Making voice cloning and fine-tuning pipelines reliable through monitoring, retries and failure recovery.
• Building voice creation, verification and recommendation capabilities.
• Owning workstreams from design to production, including frontend changes where needed.
