Responsibilities

• Position Vicoland with enterprise clients as a strategic alternative to traditional professional services models.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and build thought leadership through events and professional networking.
• Own a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners from outreach to long-term expansion.
• Supervise and coach Vico Leads to ensure delivery quality and commercial performance.
• Translate user needs and workflows into concrete requirements and feature requests for the engineering team.
• Prioritize platform features based on business impact and drive the product roadmap.
