About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior department, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives. You will analyze organizational and technical requirements, develop target concepts, and guide solutions from initial planning through to successful implementation. The role involves bridging the gap between administrative needs and technological possibilities within a socially and politically relevant environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise public administration clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Develop target concepts, action options, and concrete recommendations based on complex analytical work.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to manage stakeholder expectations and change processes.
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary project and development teams.
• Oversee the implementation of concepts from requirements gathering and design to piloting, testing, and go-live.
