About the role

The Solution Unit Lead is responsible for building, strategically developing, and ensuring the success of the AI & Data unit. This role involves identifying market opportunities, managing the service portfolio, and leading a team to deliver high-value AI solutions for clients. You will act as a business builder, engaging with C-level stakeholders and ensuring project excellence and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision and ambitious goals for the Solution Unit.
• Develop the AI & Data business area in collaboration with market units.
• Manage the unit's capabilities, innovation strategy, and talent development.
• Lead strategic client discussions, presales activities, and proposal processes.
• Oversee resource allocation and resolve conflicts to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain responsibility for customer value, satisfaction, and project margins for key accounts.
• Monitor and manage the unit's key performance indicators.
