Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Solution Engineer, you will translate complex customer requirements into viable technical solutions by connecting consulting, technology, and implementation. You will guide clients through the conception, implementation, and further development of CRM, marketing automation, data, and AI solutions from the initial idea to productive launch. You will take technical responsibility and work closely with clients, consultants, and development teams to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and customer requirements to develop system concepts and solution designs.
• Design workflows, customer journeys, data flows, and interfaces while creating briefings for development teams.
• Configure and implement cloud and enterprise solutions including reports, system masks, and data models.
• Create proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products while supporting data and system migrations.
• Act as the primary technical contact for implementation projects, ensuring budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal development teams and external partners while overseeing testing, documentation, and roll-outs.
• Support the sales process through RFIs, RFPs, and product demonstrations.
• Proactively manage resources and contribute to the development of AI and enterprise software partnerships.

Qualifications
