About the role

As a working student in Human Resources, you will support our HR team with daily operational tasks and data management. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes. This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to our mission of transitioning households to renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with daily operational tasks
• Maintain and update employee data in Personio
• Create and manage HR documents and certificates
• Prepare for employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Serve as a point of contact for general HR-related inquiries
