Associate Consultant

About the role

The Associate Consultant is engaged on a contract basis to deliver defined consulting and training services to clients. The role provides flexible, high-quality capability to support client engagements, contributing to the delivery of outcomes aligned to project objectives while operating independently as a supplier.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and/or training services in line with agreed Statements of Work
• Analyse client requirements and contribute to problem definition and solution development
• Produce high-quality deliverables such as reports, presentations, and training materials
• Facilitate workshops or training sessions where required
• Manage own workload to ensure timely and quality delivery of outputs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings
• Identify risks, issues, or opportunities and proactively communicate them
