About the role

As a Talent Partner at Faculty, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and engage exceptional talent for our high-growth business. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers while driving an inclusive candidate experience across our commercial and central functions. This role offers the opportunity to shape hiring strategy and solve complex talent challenges within a leading AI organisation.

Responsibilities

• Owning the recruitment lifecycle from initial scoping through to interviewing, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
• Sourcing passive talent creatively across platforms like LinkedIn, networking channels, and referrals to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Partnering closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor, offering data-backed insights and guiding recruitment strategy.
• Designing structured interview packs and assessment criteria to ensure objective, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout every step of the hiring funnel.
• Analysing recruitment data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize process performance.
• Amplifying Faculty’s employer brand by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
