Solutions Architecture Lead

About the role

As a Solutions Architecture Lead, you will act as a senior individual contributor guiding customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects. You will be involved from the pre-sales stage, defining solution architecture and migration strategies, through to project go-live and handover. This role serves as the senior strategic and technical voice for customers, requiring a balance of business acumen and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define overall solution architecture and migration strategies for new prospects.
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment for bidding and contracting.
• Lead customer onboarding and migration projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while communicating status.
• Run workshops and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans.
