Junior Event Marketing Manager

About the role

The Junior Event Marketing Manager will join the Brand & Design team to support event planning and execution across international locations. This role involves standardizing event formats, coordinating with regional marketing leads, and managing internal and external brand events at flagship stores. You will also drive partnerships within the sports, health, and food and beverage sectors to promote the company brand.

Responsibilities

• Standardize, develop, and document event formats and create a template set.
• Track event plans and execution across all company locations.
• Act as the primary contact for regional marketing leads regarding event activities.
• Coordinate internal and external brand events at flagship stores in Hamburg, Berlin, and Munich.
• Manage service providers and partners, including creating schedules, project documentation, and factsheets.
• Network within the sports, health, and food and beverage scenes to create new partnerships.
