About the role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will take responsibility for a role in transition, guiding interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation. You will contribute significantly to developing delivery enablement into a strong, future-proof function while working on diverse projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen teams by removing obstacles and fostering effective team structures.
• Manage stakeholders by aligning interests between the team, the client, and the company.
• Ensure delivery by using metrics to make the value contribution of your role visible.
• Integrate AI agents by enabling teams to use AI tools and managing associated process shifts.
• Shape the delivery enablement guild by sharing knowledge and developing the role further.
