Senior People Technology Analyst

About the role

The Senior People Technology Analyst leads the design, configuration, and continuous evolution of Workday Human Capital Management capabilities within the global People Technology platform. This role serves as a senior technical leader responsible for system configuration, business process optimization, security administration, and custom reporting. The analyst works closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity and deliver scalable, system-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional and technical lead for the Workday Core HCM domain, leading complex configuration design and system enhancements.
• Design, build, and optimize Workday Business Processes using condition rules and validation logic.
• Manage domain and business process security policies to ensure role-based access control and data privacy compliance.
• Define and enforce configuration design patterns that ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Workday HCM initiatives, including design, build, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Design and oversee reporting solutions and calculated fields supporting core HCM and related processes.
• Identify systemic issues and drive structural improvements to platform design and configuration practices.
