UX/UI Designer

About the role

The UX/UI Designer will create clear, mission-driven software interfaces for complex autonomous and mission-critical systems. This role focuses on transforming sophisticated technology into intuitive and reliable interfaces for high-stakes environments. You will work within the Product Design team to innovate technology that supports global security.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and clean UX/UI using wireframes, high-resolution concepts and prototypes.
• Translate the complex and abstract into innovative, actionable design and constructively challenging the status quo.
• Simplify complex systems used in high stakes realworld environments.
• Own your design decisions and thrive in a high-momentum, agile environment.
• Work closely with experts, navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives to build consensus on key design decisions.
