About the role

Pelico is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition for the EMEA region to build and scale our recruiting strategy from the ground up. You will shape our talent processes, drive employer branding, and manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles while leveraging AI to optimize operations. This role is essential for maintaining high talent density and quality as we continue our rapid growth in the manufacturing orchestration sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the EMEA recruiting strategy, processes, and playbooks.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and support business hiring.
• Partner with leadership to use data-driven insights for forecasting and hiring decisions.
• Develop the EMEA employer brand strategy and enhance candidate experience.
• Implement and manage AI-powered tools and ATS systems to scale recruiting operations.
• Coach hiring managers on interview design, candidate calibration, and talent assessment.
