About the role

Flix is seeking a qualified train conductor to ensure the safe and reliable transport of passengers on the FlixTrain network. You will be responsible for operational monitoring, technical checks, and providing excellent service to passengers on board. This role requires a professional background in train operations and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the safe transport of passengers throughout the route
• Act as a point of contact for passengers and provide high-quality service on board
• Check tickets and assist with ticket sales on the train
• Accompany shunting operations and the parking of train sets
• Independently perform technical checks such as wagon inspections and brake tests
• Actively shape a positive travel experience for guests
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service and operational processes

• Completed qualification as train personnel (Zugführer/Zugchef)
