Zugchef:in (m/w/d) FlixTrain

About the role

Flix is seeking a qualified train conductor to ensure the safe and reliable transport of passengers on the FlixTrain network. You will be responsible for operational monitoring, providing excellent onboard service, and managing technical checks to create a high-quality travel experience. This role requires a professional background in train operations and a willingness to work flexible shifts and travel across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the safe transport of passengers along the entire route
• Act as a point of contact for passengers and provide high-quality onboard service
• Check tickets and assist with onboard ticket sales
• Assist with shunting operations and the positioning of train sets
• Perform technical inspections such as wagon checks and brake tests
• Actively shape a positive travel experience for guests
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service and operational processes
