Client Delivery Lead

About the role

The Client Delivery Lead manages the relationship with client counterparts and owns a specific domain or product area. You will act as a key point of contact for technology development and issue resolution, balancing client needs with the capabilities of the Kraken platform. This role involves working closely with product managers and developers to translate client requirements into clear priorities and driving successful delivery in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client counterparts including product and business owners.
• Act as a key point of contact for technology development and issue resolution within a specific domain.
• Triage and prioritise incoming requests while articulating client needs to internal Kraken teams.
• Work with product managers and developers to translate client needs into clear priorities and support feature delivery.
• Challenge clients to adopt the platform's iterative approach and shared capabilities over bespoke solutions.
• Drive change and support clients through the transformation journey with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.
