About the role
The Global Practice Lead will shape and lead their practice globally, working closely with Regional Practice Leads across EMEA, the US, and APAC to set the global direction and drive excellence. This role sits at the intersection of Delivery, Product, and Engineering, influencing Kraken's strategy while ensuring consistent, high-standard delivery for clients worldwide. The position involves leading senior delivery leaders, managing global capacity, and engaging with C-level stakeholders to navigate complex transformations.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global vision and strategy for the practice, translating broader objectives into clear priorities and outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Practice Leads and senior delivery leaders to build a strong leadership layer.
- Own the overall quality and effectiveness of delivery, identifying systemic risks and ensuring high standards across regions.
- Represent global client needs within Kraken to influence product strategy and maximize adoption of core capabilities.
- Drive improvements in Time to Value and client outcomes across the global portfolio.
- Own the long-term capability and capacity strategy, partnering with regional leaders to anticipate demand and identify skills gaps.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and step into complex engagements requiring senior intervention.
- Act as a senior escalation point for cross-regional challenges and remove organizational or delivery blockers.
