Head of Sales - EMEA

About the role

The Head of Sales for EMEA will own the go-to-market strategy for Primer's most mature region, overseeing revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. This role involves managing a high-performing team of Account Executives while acting as the senior-most representative for the region. The successful candidate will drive commercial excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate strategic relationships with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine the EMEA sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Act as the regional lead and senior representative for Primer in EMEA.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with executive stakeholders to drive enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve customer experiences.
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance across the region.
