About the role
The Full-Stack AI Developer will join the Berlin team to develop and operate a situational awareness platform while building secure AI agent workflows for corporate IT. This hands-on role involves balancing platform reliability and security with the creation of production-ready AI workflows. The engineer will take ownership of security, reliability, and the end-to-end development of innovative AI-driven products.
Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for a situational awareness interface.
- Improve platform reliability, access control, and deployment practices.
- Investigate production issues, fix root causes, and improve monitoring and traceability.
- Maintain the security baseline through patching, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
- Turn business processes into functional prototypes and production-ready agent workflows.
- Design workflows that keep data from different business domains appropriately separated.
- Build in human approval before an agent takes an action that changes data or triggers a process.
- Integrate different AI providers and models and select the right model for each task.
