Commercial Data & AI Lead

About the role

The Commercial Data & AI Lead is a commercially driven technologist who bridges proposition strategy and customer execution. You will translate customer challenges into standardized data and AI solutions, accelerate sales cycles through technical expertise, and ensure proposed solutions are both desirable for customers and feasible for delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Co-create solution designs with team tech leads that maximize standardization and leverage reusable propositions.
• Support RfP responses, deliver demos, reference architectures, and technical deep-dives.
• Provide structured feedback from customer engagements to sharpen the data and AI proposition.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in customer dialogues regarding data architectures, AI/ML platforms, and analytics pipelines.
• Create standard templates, checklists, and reusable sales enablement materials to improve pre-sales engagements.
