About the role

DocuWare is seeking a working student to join the Customer Success team to assist with system maintenance, CRM updates, and customer outreach. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement with DocuWare systems while supporting the team in managing cancellation feedback and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data
• Take on improvement projects surrounding CRM optimization
• Support the team in handling cancellation outreach and documenting feedback
• Perform customer outreach under the direction of the Team Lead
