About the role
The Staff Product Manager will lead the flagship Checkout experience, which is the most critical product surface at Paddle. This role involves owning the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes while working in a trio with engineering and design. The position requires a senior operator capable of driving discovery, setting delivery standards, and influencing company strategy through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term vision and strategy for Checkout, grounded in market trends and commercial goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives and define high standards for discovery, specs, and experimentation.
- Manage KPIs such as conversion, authorisation rates, and revenue impact, using data to form hypotheses and recommendations.
- Align senior stakeholders including executive leadership, sales, and key customers around the product strategy.
- Oversee go-to-market activities for Checkout launches across multiple customer segments and geographies.
