About the role

The Senior Controls Product Manager will lead the Controls Product & Enablement team to build internal risk platforms that replace manual processes with automated, data-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, risk, data, and engineering, requiring a hands-on builder to prototype tools and leverage AI to improve risk lifecycles. You will define the product vision and strategy while managing a small team of data and automation specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Controls Product Roadmap by defining the vision, strategy, and backlog for internal risk products.
  • Design, prototype, and build automated workflows, API integrations, and low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Champion AI adoption by experimenting with LLM prompting and custom agents to solve complex control problems.
  • Drive the shift from annual assessments to continuous, automated monitoring through real-time data triggers.
  • Ensure high-impact adoption by delivering intuitive UI/UX workflows and self-service enablement for risk owners.
  • Maintain delivery momentum by guiding direct reports and removing blockers for the team.
