Legal Operations Lead

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a leader to own and scale the legal operations function during a period of rapid growth. The role involves managing the legal technology stack, optimizing operating models, and collaborating with automation teams to define legal processes in an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal.
• Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating.
• Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, and creating an e-billing systems.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking.
• Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the team.
• Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team's priorities, workload and performance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operates.
