About the role

As a working student in Enterprise Risk Management, you will support the team in managing risks, internal control systems, and operational risk standards. You will help digitize processes using workflows and AI, prepare management reports, and coordinate with various departments. This role offers the opportunity to gain deep insights into FinTech risk management while working directly with the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risks, incidents, and controls to provide a reliable basis for decision-making.
• Digitize recurring or manual tasks using digital workflows and AI applications.
• Create clear reports, presentations, and decision templates for management using Excel.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and track the implementation of measures.
• Coordinate information gathering and meetings across various departments.
