Senior Product Engineer (TypeScript) - Platform

About the role

Vocca is building AI voice agents to automate patient-provider interactions and streamline medical center operations. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will lead the architecture and development of the platform, including a scenario engine and self-serve onboarding tools. You will own the technical roadmap, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality, reliable production standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture of the scenario engine and configuration model
• Develop self-serve onboarding tools to enable clinic setup without developer intervention
• Build and maintain a high-quality, reliable dashboard for medical staff
• Collaborate with product managers and operations teams to define the technical roadmap
• Establish engineering standards, including testing, reviews, and monitoring
• Mentor team members and participate in hiring and onboarding new engineers
