Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

The Senior Social Media Manager will balance hands-on execution with strategic team leadership within the PC & Console division. This role oversees social media operations, including process, content creation, and performance, while managing a portfolio of games and developing direct reports. The position requires close collaboration with community teams to ensure a player-centric experience across the game lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update overall process workflow for Go to Market phases.
• Manage administration and configuration of social media tooling.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for social media operations across products.
• Coordinate forward planning and identify risks or resource conflicts across the portfolio.
• Delegate game projects and oversee team priorities and bandwidth.
• Mentor team members on content creation, engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Build and monitor communities for allotted games throughout their lifecycle.
