About the role
The Senior Director, Market Access Strategy, International will lead pricing and reimbursement strategies to secure patient access to products across multiple international markets. This role involves shaping value narratives, overseeing dossiers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market access ambitions and clinical value. The position contributes to global decision-making while representing diverse regional perspectives within the international market access team.
Responsibilities
- Represent the payer perspective within cross-functional, cross-regional commercialization teams thereby optimizing pricing and market access of the asset.
- Closely collaborate with HEOR and clusters' leadership teams, Marketing and Clinical Development counterparts to ensure value and access optimization for the asset.
- Lead early payer engagement with key HTA/payer bodies to inform evidence generation strategy, value proposition and reimbursement dossiers development.
- Interact with internal and external experts in pricing, health economics, patient advocacy, health technology assessment authorities, government policy makers and payers as required to execute Pricing & Reimbursement objectives.
- Provide hands-on support and train local access teams on negotiation strategy and ensure HTA and reimbursement submissions are aligned to the Global and International strategy.
