Senior Consultant Real World Evidence

About the role

The Senior Consultant will design, execute, and interpret analyses based on health insurance claims and registry data to generate real-world evidence. This role involves providing strategic consulting for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, offering technical oversight on interdisciplinary projects, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations. The position also requires mentoring team members and contributing to the development of internal methodological expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret analyses based on claims and registry data
• Provide strategic consulting for market access, HE&OR, and RWE departments
• Offer technical oversight and quality assurance for interdisciplinary projects
• Mentor less experienced colleagues
• Support HTA-related issues and translate results into reports and publications
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and structured evaluations
• Contribute to the development of internal data and methodological expertise
