About the role

As a Project Manager, you will act as the primary link between agency clients and the online marketing team. You will be responsible for organizing client projects, delegating tasks, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through structured communication and strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Pflege und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehung zu unseren Agenturkunden
• Erfassung von Kundenwünschen sowie Vorstellung und Ausarbeitung neuer Marketingstrategien
• Interne Planung von Kundenprojekten und Delegation der einzelnen Arbeitsschritte
• Durchführung von Strategieplanungsterminen mit unseren Neukunden
• Regelmäßige Feedback-Meetings mit unseren Kunden führen
• Verantwortung und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
• Inhaltliche Fragen von Kunden zum Verlauf der Zusammenarbeit und zu Werbekampagnen beantworten
• E-Mail-Support für eingehende Anfragen von Bestandskunden leisten
