Java Software Engineer

About the role

Swisio is seeking a Java Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their SaaS-based workforce management and shift planning platform for the healthcare sector. The role involves analyzing complex requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing features to support hospitals and care facilities. You will work in a dynamic environment that combines start-up agility with the stability of an established parent company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the further development of the InPlanning platform and its features.
• Analyze complex scenarios, develop solution approaches, and implement them in code.
• Collaborate closely with customers and the internal team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Realize technical solutions from conception to delivery to meet specific customer requirements.
• Develop individual solutions such as complex calculations, dashboards, or external system integrations.
• Analyze customer requirements, create functional designs, and implement high-quality software.
• Resolve bugs and implement new features as part of the daily workflow.
