Creator Manager TikTok Shop - DACH

About the role

GENUINE Beauty GmbH is seeking a Creator Manager to lead the creator strategy for key brands within their TikTok Shop agency. The role involves building a strong creator network, developing team members, and translating TikTok trends into high-performing commerce formats. You will be responsible for both strategic oversight and operational execution to drive conversion and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Creator Management team through coaching and feedback.
• Develop and execute creator strategies for core brands to ensure consistent performance.
• Monitor creator and content KPIs to identify optimization potential and improve conversion and GMV.
• Oversee brand management, including creator selection, briefing, and long-term network building.
• Identify TikTok trends and translate them into scalable content and commerce formats.
• Establish standards for affiliate creator collaboration, including storytelling and conversion optimization.
• Develop efficient processes to support the company's growth and scale creator management operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth and shop management teams and maintain relationships with TikTok.
