About the role

The Applikations- und Softwarebetreuer*in ensures the smooth operation of software applications in both on-premises and cloud environments for customers. This role involves administration, configuration, and support of the Lovion BIS software, as well as performing quality assurance through system and program testing. The position acts as a key communicator between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and implement new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application operation of software in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform support, administration, and configuration of the Lovion BIS software.
• Conduct software updates and system/program tests for quality assurance.
• Support 1st-level support with IT application-related questions.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams for troubleshooting and new requirements.
• Handle customizing and data model adjustments for the Lovion BIS software.
