About the role

The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of software applications in both on-premises and cloud environments for customers. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Lovion BIS software, while also conducting quality assurance through system and program testing. Additionally, you will act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and implement new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform support, administration, and configuration of Lovion BIS software
• Execute software updates and system/program tests for quality assurance
• Support 1st-level IT application inquiries
• Manage communication between customers and internal teams for troubleshooting and new requirements
• Perform customizing and data model adjustments for Lovion BIS software
