BizOps Manager

About the role

Foundation Health is seeking a BizOps Manager to serve as a key operational partner to the BizOps Director and COO. This generalist role involves managing cross-functional strategic projects, procurement, commercial contracts, and pricing models within an AI-native pharmacy infrastructure company. The successful candidate will drive initiatives from problem framing to implementation while helping shape the company's operational roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from problem framing through to implementation.
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships for internal tools and AI platforms.
• Support commercial activities including RFI/RFP responses, contract reviews, and pricing model evolution.
• Partner with sales, engineering, product, and design teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining InfoSec and compliance standards, including HIPAA and SOC 2 controls.
