About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM expert to provide flexible, long-term support for an international client. This role focuses on troubleshooting, functional improvements, and productive support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding modules on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding
- Analysis of issues in recruiting and onboarding processes
- Configuration and optimization of existing workflows
- Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
- Support for candidate and hiring processes
- Root cause analysis
